1. Copyright & Intellectual Property1.1 The Artist retains all copyright and ownership rights to all artwork created.1.2 Commissioned artwork may not be used for AI training, machine learning, image generation, or any other manner of AI use / teaching under any circumstances.1.3 Unless agreed otherwise, the artist reserves the rights to display the commission on: social media platforms, portfolios, promotional materials, and any other manner of self-promotion.2. Pricing2.1 All listed prices are base prices and are subject to change depending on the complexity of the commission.2.2 Additional fees may apply for: intricate characters, detailed props, complex backgrounds, multiple characters, non-human features (i.e: scales, overly animalistic features, etc), or any other special requirements.2.3 A final quote (pricing) will be provided before work begins.3. Commission Acceptance3.1 The artist reserves the right to reject any commission request for any reason. Including: projects that fall outside of the artist's interest, comfort level, or skill set.4. References4.1 Clients are expected to provide clear visual references.4.2 Clashing references, solely written descriptions and unclear visual direction, may lead to additional design fees or refusal of the commission.5. Process & Completion Timeframe5.1 Clients should allow for up to 3 months for commission completion in the case of: unforeseen events, illness, or other conflicts.5.2 The artist prioritises quality of the finished product. More time may be asked of the client to ensure that.5.3 Clients are expected to clearly communicate any present deadlines. The artist takes no fault in failure to do so. The artist will choose to accept any commissions under deadlines at their own discretion.5.4 Progress updates are given during the sketching phases, during early rendering phases, and final review phase.5.5 Clients are welcome to request minimal changes during any of the updates, free of charge.5.6 Clients may request updates on progress if they haven't received one for an extended period of time.6. Revisions6.1 Major alterations being requested past sketch approval / final phase may be refused or incur additional fees.7. Sharing & Display7.1 Clients may repost and share commissioned artwork for personal use.7.2 Proper credit to the artist is appreciated when sharing artwork publically.8. Refund Policy8.1 Refunds are not available once the sketch has been approved and work has begun.9. Payment9.1 Full payment is required before work on the commission begins.9.2 Payments are accepted through Ko-Fi, using PayPal as the payment method.9.3 The commission will not be considered reserved or started until payment has been received.BY SUBMITTING PAYMENT, THE CLIENT CONFIRMS THAT THEY HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE ARTIST'S TERMS OF SERVICE

How to Commission Me ▼
If you would like to commission me, please contact me directly, or send your request via email!Your email should include:1. The type of Commission you would like (Headshot, half-body, full-body, character sheet, etc.)2. Visual references for the Character(s).3. A short description of the Character(s) and any important details.4. Reference photos which may be: moodboards, Pinterest collages, sketches, fanart, etc.) Anything that communicates your character's visual clearly!Make sure you include all of these and that your references are clear and concise! Lack of important details or far too abstract visual direction will lead to refusal or additional design fees!References do not need to be professionally drawn. They just need to clearly visually define your character(s).
